During pre-construction, several existing commercial sites were identified to be renovated and remodeled into clinics. This dynamic collaboration with an out-of-state client and architect has so far resulted in the successful opening of three clinics, two located in Denver – Capital Hill and LoHi – and one in Arvada.

Two of these clinics were completed in existing, occupied commercial buildings and one in a mixed-use, multi-tenant building. Tenant improvements include interior partition walls, ceilings, doors, finishes, fixtures, and restrooms.
