Site and landscape improvements for the Harvey Park recreation Center with new parking, ADA accessible walks, drop-off and entry plaza improvements, drainage, and landscaping.
This project included partial removal of Denver Public Schools’ tennis court facility and replacement with a new parking facility for the Harvey Park Recreation Center in addition to the parking lot facility. Accessible parking areas were created and improved while maintaining the existing site vegetation. Access routes were also designed to aid in drainage improvements to the recreation center’s main entrance to alleviate existing flooding caused by street flows.
