Project consists of the new construction of a 47,000-square-foot, three-story, 34-unit condominium complex with an elevator. Project included a large courtyard with Hydrotech pavers and an underground parking garage.

Extensive underground utilities (sewer, water, fire hydrants, electrical), roadway construction, sidewalks, drive pans, and landscaping were included within the sitework.
