Pre-construction and general contractor services of a new priest retirement center on the 100-year-old John Paul II Center for the New Evangelization campus. The two-story building will provide housing for 14 with two guest accommodations.

The residence center includes a common kitchen, gathering space, social area, exercise room, and chapel. This project completes a quad of buildings on the archdiocese campus that has been a century in the making. The clay tile roof and stunning brick work were designed to match the historical and liturgical style of the campus.
