Located adjacent to Ivy Stockwell Elementary School and within a residential neighborhood, Town Park has served the community for almost 100 years. Master planned improvements are currently underway. These improvements, next to the ballfield, include a new spray park, accessible and inclusive playground, picnic pavilions, bath house, restroom building, and other park amenities. Work is being conducted in an active park and while keeping existing baseball field to remain in use. Additional site work includes site clearing, demolition and removals, grading and erosion control, site drainage, sidewalks, paving, striping, storm drainage systems, landscape and irrigation, installation of site furnishings (benches, bike racks, and tables), electric service connections, and installation of underground electric conduits and pull boxes for site lighting and all light fixtures.
