Pre-construction and construction of a mixed-use commercial and residential building along Main Street in downtown Longmont. The developer sought to revive this downtown location into modern, attractive retail space along Main Street and also provide much-needed housing for Longmont.
This project was developed in honor of a long-time resident of Longmont as a tribute to her legacy of pushing for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the town long before these were common to our conversation. KCI provided pre-construction as well as community outreach to ensure nearby businesses’ concerns were addressed prior to construction.
