The Coachlight Plaza Apartments is an affordable apartment housing complex operated by Neighbor to Neighbor. The goal of this project is to expand and renovate the existing office and community center as well as renovate 68 apartments.
We doubled the size of the leasing office and converted it to Neighbor To Neighbor’s flagship office and community center for the residents.
