I believe firmly without the dedication and commitment from all the hard-working people at Krische Construction, including the project manager and superintendent, the project would have never been completed on time and with this kind of quality. This was not a simple building to build. It had to meet Denver Public Schools’ new 21st Century design guidelines and specifications. I personally spoke with several other contractors who initially bid on this project and they said it was impossible to get this work done on time. Well, Krische did it!
