The City of Fort Collins is focused on revitalizing its commercial areas
downtown. As part of this ongoing effort, the City is now embarking on a
planned revitalization effort on Linden Street between Walnut and Jefferson
Streets.
The City contracted with KCI to provide pre-construction and construction
services on this project. KCI has implemented an integrated communication
plan to ensure businesses will stay open during construction and to engage
the community and generate excitement about this enhancement project.
The scope of the project will create a more accessible streetscape that will
also serve as a venue for events.
