KCI completed the construction on this CMGC $11.8M, 3-story, 54-unit supportive housing project for extremely low-income individuals and families that target formerly homeless individuals. KCI developed a conceptual budget for the client, Archdiocesan Housing, as well as the budget for the funding application. KCI has also provided community outreach to engage the neighborhood and residents of Loveland, provide updates on the project progress, and to address any concerns. This project provides opportunities for Section 3 businesses and individuals seeking employment.
