The Ridge at Mountain View Apartments had a leasing office and pool built in the 1970s that needed to be upgraded.

Krische Construction provided demolition and replacement of the existing single-story leasing office and pool plaza. Work also included removal of existing accessory sheds to allow for six additional parking spaces.

The new, modern community center includes a larger spa and pool, fitness center with yoga room, and internet lounge.

Site improvements include replacement of the existing trash enclosures with a community trash compactor for valet-style trash collection service. The new parking lot was upgraded to provide accessibility and comply with ADA requirements.
